A structured path for founders whose business brings significant benefit to Canada.
The C11 is an LMIA-exempt work permit for entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals who plan to start or run a business that would bring a significant economic, social or cultural benefit to Canada. It is assessed on the strength of your profile and business plan, not on a points score.
Because the assessment is merit-based, preparation quality is critical. A weak plan or incomplete evidence can lead to refusal and loss of time and fees.
WWS introduces you to a licensed RCIC and coordinates your business plan and supporting documents. We track each stage against agreed timelines and give you a status update as each stage closes. Your RCIC’s retainer is attached as Annexure A, so stages, fees and refund terms are clear before work begins.
WWS coordinates this service. The C11 application is handled entirely by a licensed RCIC under their own retainer agreement (Annexure A). You may bring your own RCIC. WWS does not give migration advice and does not guarantee approval.
