Business Services
BUSINESS SERVICES
Build your business in Canada on a sound, well-coordinated foundation.
Establishing a business in Canada involves migration, legal structure, tax registration, banking, premises, insurance, licensing and hiring. Each step is handled by a different regulated professional, and each depends on the others. Sequence and documentation determine whether a launch is smooth or stalled. WWS coordinates the whole team and manages your documents so that your business moves from plan to operation in an organized, transparent way.
The WWS Approach
01
One coordinator across every professional.
Your lawyer, accountant, RCIC, realtor, lender and insurer work from one organized file.
02
Licensed professionals, documented.
Each regulated service is delivered by an independent licensed professional under their own agreement, attached to yours as an annexure.
03
Bring your own team.
Keep your existing lawyer or accountant if you have one. WWS coordinates with them.
04
Document management and timelines.
One secure place for documents and tracked milestones across all providers.
05
Transparency.
Clear scope, written updates and up-front disclosure of any referral arrangement.
Business Migration Coordination
Align your business strategy and your migration path.
Business and employer-driven migration pathways carry specific eligibility rules, documentation and timelines. Only licensed RCICs and migration lawyers may advise or represent you.
Your business plan, investment and migration strategy must align. Gaps between them can weaken an application or delay your launch.
WWS introduces licensed representatives, prepares document checklists and tracks milestones. Because we coordinate your incorporation, banking and lease steps too, migration planning and business planning stay in step.
WWS coordinates this service. Eligibility assessment, advice and filing are delivered by a licensed RCIC or migration lawyer under their own agreement (Annexure A). You may bring your own representative. WWS does not guarantee any application outcome.
C11 Significant Benefit Work Permit Coordination
A structured path for founders whose business brings significant benefit to Canada.
The C11 is an LMIA-exempt work permit for entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals who plan to start or run a business that would bring a significant economic, social or cultural benefit to Canada. It is assessed on the strength of your profile and business plan, not on a points score.
Because the assessment is merit-based, preparation quality is critical. A weak plan or incomplete evidence can lead to refusal and loss of time and fees.
WWS introduces you to a licensed RCIC and coordinates your business plan and supporting documents. We track each stage against agreed timelines and give you a status update as each stage closes. Your RCIC's retainer is attached as Annexure A, so stages, fees and refund terms are clear before work begins.
WWS coordinates this service. The C11 application is handled entirely by a licensed RCIC under their own retainer agreement (Annexure A). You may bring your own RCIC. WWS does not give migration advice and does not guarantee approval.
Company Incorporation & Registration
The right legal structure from the start.
Your structure, whether a federal or provincial corporation, partnership or sole proprietorship, determines liability, tax treatment, ownership and how you raise capital or add partners.
Changing structure later is costly. A considered choice protects your personal assets and keeps your options open.
WWS introduces lawyers and licensed incorporation professionals, coordinates name registration and filings, and supports multi-entity structures. Your incorporation is sequenced with tax, banking and licensing so nothing is registered out of order.
WWS coordinates this service. Legal advice and filings are delivered by a licensed lawyer or authorized professional under their own agreement (Annexure J). You may bring your own lawyer. WWS does not provide legal advice.
CRA Business Accounts, GST/HST & Payroll Setup
Compliance built in from day one.
Businesses above the small-supplier threshold must register for GST/HST, and employers must register for payroll to deduct and remit source deductions. Registrations must be done correctly and on time. Missed registrations or late remittances lead to penalties and interest, and can affect your standing with the CRA.
WWS introduces licensed CPAs, coordinates account setup and tracks filing and remittance calendars, so your obligations are visible and managed from the first day of operation.
WWS coordinates this service. Tax, payroll and compliance work is delivered by a licensed CPA under their own agreement (Annexure B). You may bring your own accountant. WWS does not provide tax or accounting advice.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Clean records that support every future decision.
Accurate books are required for tax filing and are what lenders, investors and migration reviewers examine when they assess a business.
Clean financials support funding, tax planning and credibility. Poor records are expensive to repair.
WWS introduces bookkeepers and CPAs, coordinates onboarding and secure document sharing, and schedules year-end preparation. Your records stay organized across all of your entities and professionals.
WWS coordinates this service. Accounting and bookkeeping are delivered by a licensed professional under their own agreement (Annexure B). You may bring your own provider. WWS does not guarantee any financial or tax result.
Business Banking & Financing
Accounts and capital, applied for with a complete file.
Separate business banking is standard practice, and most growth plans require funding. Lenders evaluate your financials, structure and plan together.
A well-prepared application with organized financials and clear plans improves your prospects of approval.
WWS introduces business banking teams and licensed lenders, prepares application documents and coordinates with your accountant and lawyer. Lenders see one consistent, complete file rather than scattered documents.
WWS coordinates this service. Accounts and credit are provided by financial institutions and licensed lenders under their own terms (Annexure J where applicable). WWS does not guarantee any approval.
Commercial Real Estate & Leasing
The right premises, on terms you understand.
Commercial leases are long-term commitments with personal guarantees, restrictive clauses and specific obligations. Location and terms directly affect your costs and customers.
A poor lease or location can undermine a business for years.
WWS introduces licensed commercial realtors, coordinates site shortlisting and viewings, and arranges legal review of the lease. Your premises decision is tied to your licensing, insurance and budget.
WWS coordinates this service. Brokerage and lease or purchase transactions are delivered by licensed professionals under their own agreements (Annexure C and J). You may bring your own realtor or lawyer. WWS does not guarantee any transaction outcome.
Business Insurance Coordination
Protect what you are building.
Leases, clients and lenders often require proof of insurance, and some coverage is mandatory depending on your business. Liability, property, equipment and employee-related risks each need consideration.
A single uninsured incident can end a young business.
WWS introduces licensed commercial advisors, coordinates quote comparison and tracks renewal dates. Coverage start dates are matched to your lease, opening and hiring timelines.
WWS coordinates this service. Insurance advice and policies are delivered by licensed professionals under their own agreement (Annexure F). You may bring your own advisor. WWS does not guarantee coverage.
Hiring, Staffing & LMIA Recruitment
Build your team, within the rules.
Hiring involves employment standards and compliance, and hiring foreign workers can require recruitment steps and a Labour Market Impact Assessment, handled by licensed professionals.
Errors in recruitment records or filings can delay hiring or invalidate applications.
WWS introduces recruiters and staffing specialists, coordinates recruitment steps and tracks documents among you, your recruiter and your migration representative. All parties work from the same organized record.
WWS coordinates this service. Recruitment is delivered by independent professionals (Annexure D) and migration filings by a licensed RCIC or lawyer (Annexure A). You may bring your own professionals. WWS does not guarantee hiring or LMIA outcomes.
Licences, Permits & Regulatory Setup
Open lawfully and on schedule.
Many businesses cannot operate until the correct municipal, provincial and industry licences, permits and inspections are in place. Requirements vary by location and business type. Operating without them risks fines, closure and delays to your launch.
WWS identifies the requirements for your business type, introduces licensed advisors where needed and coordinates application timelines. Licensing is sequenced with your lease, insurance and opening date.
WWS coordinates this service. Applications and regulated advice are handled by the relevant authority or a licensed professional (Annexure J). You may bring your own advisor. WWS does not guarantee approval.
Investment & Partner Introductions
The right partners, introduced with structure.
The right investor or partner can shape a business's growth, and the wrong one can undo it. Introductions work best when both sides come prepared.
Written agreements and due diligence protect everyone involved.
WWS arranges introductions within our network, coordinates meetings and due-diligence documents, and refers you to licensed legal and investment professionals for agreements.
WWS coordinates this service. Legal, investment and securities advice is delivered only by licensed professionals under their own agreements (Annexure G and J). You may bring your own advisor. WWS does not provide investment advice or guarantee any outcome.
